In-app emails being flagged as spam
Updates
The glide.page domain has been removed from the registry of suspicious domains. It may take some time for all service providers to receive the updated record, but over time the domain should return to full functionality.
We have migrated the sending of all in-app emails via another provider and all emails are now being delivered.
As part of our efforts to limit the vectors for spam or phishing, we have disabled the inclusion of app links in all emails (e.g., “Open in App” and similar link-backs). This has resulted in the temporary disabling of the ability to invite users to your app in the builder via email.
We will work on restoring this functionality when we have made other necessary investments to better manage our email delivery systems.
In app emails are currently not being delivered due to being flagged as spam and/or phishing attempts. PIN and login emails are not currently affected.
Engineers are currently working on a solution.
