Certain apps are being blocked in Chrome

The spurious warning has been resolved with Google Chrome.

We have validated a fix in our staging environment and are now proceeding to roll it out into our production environment.

Separately, the Safe Browsing team at Google is actively investigating the root cause of the Google Cloud Storage asset upload bucket that was flagged as untrustworthy. Their intent is to remove the flag if it is found to be safe to do so.
